Seller commitments:
- Deliver the product as described in specifications
- Deliver the product to shipping company within the declared duration
- Seller ensures the product delivered to buyer in good condition and not damaged
- Provide after sell services
- One year warranty on physical product
Buyer commitments:
- Paying the price of the product as described completely
- If the buyer provides wrong shipping details the seller is not responsible of not delivering the products
- Buyer pays cost of shipping in case of products return to seller due to wrong address

WE ACCEPT RETURN AND REFUND
ONLY IF THE PRODUCT DOESN’T MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF OUR STORE
OR IN CASE OF RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCT.
Not damaged as a result of usage error
Buyer can request return and refund within 2 days after receiving damaged product by contacting customer service

Refund Process
When you receive Damaged Products or Products doesn’t meet the specifications you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible within 2 days at most.
When your return products get delivered to us and the approval process is done, we will inform you and start the refund process.
If the payment type of your order is Cash on Delivery our Customer Service will contact you via call or WhatsApp
If the payment type of your order is credit card, the refund will be made directly to your bank account.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping if the product has been shipped and the customer has received the tracking number the order cannot be canceled
You can cancel your order with your order number and contact information by calling our Customer Service before shipping
